Common questions
What's the split?
You receive 40% of the net profit when the deal closes.
What if the deal needs money to close?
Some deals need funds for cleanup, helping a seller move, or lender-required repairs. We either split the cost 50/50, or whoever pays alone is reimbursed at closing plus a 100% return. Example: the seller needs $2k to move. We split $1k each, or the person who pays the full $2k gets $4k at closing.
How fast will I hear back?
Submissions are reviewed first come, first served. Allow up to 48 business hours for us to contact you with next steps.
Who talks to the seller and handles title?
You make the warm handoff and we take it from there: negotiation, contracts, realtor, MLS, buyers and closing. We will not reach out to the seller without you.
