These terms apply to novationjv.com and to text messages from NovationJV, operated by BEST FIT HOME SOLUTIONS INC. ("we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to texts, you agree to them.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site, submit a deal, or receive text messages from NovationJV.

SMS program

  • Program name: NovationJV deal communications.
  • What we send: person-to-person texts from our team about deals you submitted or are part of: questions, scheduling, document requests, and closing updates. We do not send marketing texts.
  • Who receives texts: JV partners who opt in on our deal submission form or in writing, and property owners on those deals who agree to receive texts from us during a call.
  • Consent is optional: you do not have to agree to texts to submit a deal or work with us.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop. To start again, reply START.
  • Help: reply HELP or email [email protected], or call (434) 577-8235.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy at novationjv.com/privacy-policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
